Vaughn Wiester's Famous Jazz Orchestra brings together 22 of central Ohio's finest musicians to perform favorite big band charts, featuring special guest vocalist Anabella Petronsi. The ensemble pays tribute to legendary sounds from Woody Herman, Stan Kenton, and Count Basie while showcasing arrangements by nationally known composers like Bill Holman and Herb Harrison. This semi-informal gathering offers a chance to hear the talents of members who have previously played with orchestras led by Glenn Miller and Buddy Rich.
