Jacob O'Connor stars in his darkly comedic debut play, Act of God West End, at Riverside Studios. The production follows reluctant protagonist Jack as he navigates a poetry-based therapy course that challenges him to confront the truth behind his carefully constructed stories. Rooted in Manchester and exploring themes of masculinity and class, the show examines what happens when our usual coping mechanisms finally fail.
