Each session pairs gentle movement with contemplative prompts—starting with sources of suffering like physical pain, grief, displacement, and ancestral trauma, then shifting to practices for wholeness and support. The class wraps with aromatherapy, breathwork, and a guided look at select works from the collection, offered in partnership with Arts + Public Life and Spiritual Life.
