Featuring Mernet Larsen
Mernet Larsen brings her unique, representational compositions to The Arts Club of Chicago for a retrospective titled Situational Awareness. This collection of works, spanning from 1986 to today, blends influences from 15th-century Italian painting, Asian arts, and personal memories into idiosyncratic pieces. The show is curated by Janine Mileaf and features a fully illustrated catalogue with text by award-winning novelist Lauren Groff.
