The Chicago Park District and Bird Collisions in the Anthropocene invite you to a creative bird-making workshop at Big Marsh Park. Participants will craft life-sized sculptures from upcycled cloth and donated materials to honor real birds that died from hitting glass. Each piece connects the crafter with a species facing risks from building collisions.
