Featuring Brian Blade & The Fellowship Band
Genres: jazz/blues
Brian Blade & The Fellowship Band bring their long-running collaboration to Denver, featuring the drummer alongside Jon Cowherd, Chris Thomas, Myron Walden, and Melvin Butler. The group, rooted in their New Orleans days and shaped by mentors like Ellis Marsalis and John Vidacovich, has played storied rooms and festivals over the decades. Expect a set of their own compositions, drawn from a deep well of jazz, soul, and spiritual influence.
