Armor Down Girls™ (ADG) is a program for girls ages 8 and up at the Evanston Public Library-Robert Crown Branch, built to boost confidence, crush self-doubt, and foster a growth mindset through hands-on activities. The sessions weave in self-love, diversity, and resilience, plus financial know-how and STEM exposure, all while saying a firm "Yes, you can!" to what girls might think they can't do. It's a supportive, consistent space that runs most Tuesdays, aligned with the school calendar, where girls can show up as themselves and leave feeling stronger.
